» Background

Central Online, the direct merchandising and electronic retailing organization of Central Retail Corporation, was formed in mid 2000. The business combines the e-commerce team at the company with other retail professional and direct sales staffs from its current stores plus the specialized external staffs into one integrated organization.

The Central Online main office and call center are located in the company's headquarter at Silom Gallery South Tower Building, Bangkok, Thailand. The organization has distribution center for door-to-door operation at Rama II Road, Bangkok.

» Online Customer Service Department

Central Online developed a new Call Center for Central Retail Corporation based on the latest technology. This innovative call center will operate both inbound and outbound calls to provide customer the best services with the higher relationship level.

» Central Group Companies' E-commerce and Website

Central Retail Corporation views the Internet not only as a channel for selling merchandise, but also as an important communications and advertising tools to reach guests and provide enhanced guest service.
